A stunning unusual sterling silver necklace handmade by Sharon McSwiney in St Ives, Cornwall. The limpet shells have been cast from original shells found on various Cornish beaches: Sennen Cove, Marazion, Porthmeor St Ives & Godrevy.
The silver has either been polished to highlight the textures or polished to catch the light. Inspired by the sea this necklace can be worn in several ways....the shells can be removed and worn individually or the arrangement/order can be changed further shells could also be added at a later date as single shells could be available (contact me for details)
The solid shells & 16" omega chain weigh approx 15g in total. The piece has been hallmarked.
