I have always enjoyed drawing & making things and for over 20 years I have designed & created jewellery, metalwork & greetings cards. At first this was from a tiny workshop space in the historic Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and for the past 10 years from a converted farm building at The Fold in Bransford, Worcestershire which is open to the public.
My work often reflects my sense of humour particularly within my quirky animal jewellery. It’s great to make people smile with your work. I also have a real love of texture & pattern which is illustrated in my metalwork; decorative wall panels & plaques. The materials I use include silver, copper & brass utilising etching & casting processes.
I produce all my pieces from my open Fold studio and sell from there, via galleries in the UK, contemporary craft events, local arts markets & my Etsy shop online.
